01 — Jobs you cannot do
Cannot get it? Someone else can.
Your client wants a table in a city you do not know. Before, you had to say sorry. Now you put it here. A concierge who lives there gets the table, your client is happy, and you keep part of the money.

These numbers are an example, but this is really how it works. You and the other concierge decide the price and how you share it. Albert adds 3% for the client on top, and takes nothing out of your part.

Albert has clients too. They need things.
Albert Club is our app for members. They pay us to get them things: a table, a driver, a boat. Somebody has to actually go and do it. That somebody can be you.

Before you ask
The four questions every concierge asks us.
Will I lose my client?
No. The client is yours and stays yours. The other concierge does the work and never learns who they are, unless you decide to tell them.
What does it cost?
Nothing to join. Nothing every month. Albert takes 3%, added on top for the client, and only when a deal really happens.
Do I have to be here every day?
No. You are not tied to us, there is no minimum and no quota. You answer the jobs you want and ignore everything else.
Can other people see my price?
No. Offers are private. Each concierge sees only their own, so nobody can look at what you asked for and go just under it.
